In today’s post I am sharing a very crunchy and tasty flax seeds recipe that is roasted flaxseeds or alsi mukhwas . It is a very quick and tasty recipe.
The key nutrient of flaxseeds is Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Omega 3 are essential nutrient that our body cant produce but they are very important to maintain overall health. It helps to prevent high blood pressure, heart problems, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Some studies claim that flaxseeds can reduce the risk of some of the cancer. Other than Omega 3 fatty acids, flaxseeds are enriched with many essential nutrients like protein, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, fiber, vitamin B complex and potassium.
For weight loss consume 1 tsp one hour before meals and drink 11 glass of water at ½ hour intervals. This way they will leave you feeling full which stops you from overeating. Flaxseeds are rich in fiber and thus they will help in relieving constipation and other digestive problems. But you must watch that you intake good amount of water after you eat flaxseeds.
