How to Eat for $15 a Week | Dollar Tree Budget Meal Plan | Extreme Grocery Haul

My name is Christine, and welcome to Frugal Fit Mom! Today we are once again headed to dollar tree to see if I can feed myself for one week with the smallest amount possible. I spent $16 and splurged on a few items but had a ton of food for the week.

Items purchased
Milk, cornbread mix, eggs, teriyaki sauce, rice, black beans, pinto beans, mixed veggies, peppers and onions, tortillas, chicken broth, salsa, spring rolls, and syrup.

Budget Meals for the Week
Breakfast – Corn pancakes with syrup and eggs
Lunches – Stir fried rice with veggies, eggs, and spring rolls
Dinners – Burritos and Bean and Rice bowls
